Please help me too this is a very annoying issue believe me. I have seen you help a lot of people with Dell systems. The problem is that now I cannot revert to my previous driver, I cannot change to native driver as it doesn't show and the Dell exec said only Realtek works and i have tried every method including uninstalling Realtek driver and restarting pc and other versions of Realtek. They have given me the worst possible customer support experience i have faced in my whole life. Once that’s done, at the top of the device manager window, click view and scroll down to show hidden devices and click it. I sent them a current recording and sent a previous one I had already sent them from a previous speaker issue.
